3. Power of Attorney: For court representation in Russia, we need a notarized power of attorney. We guide you through this process, which typically involves:
   • We prepare the power of attorney in Russian and English
   • You sign it before a notary in your country
   • The notarized document is apostilled (if required by your country)
   • You send it to us by courier (DHL, FedEx)

Yes, absolutely. Most of our international clients are not physically in Russia. We handle all matters remotely. You only need to be physically present in Russia for specific procedures (like court hearings, which we can handle on your behalf with a power of attorney). For most corporate, tax, IP, and compliance matters, everything can be handled remotely.

We have two communication options:

1. Written English: All WhatsApp and email communication is in English (this is our primary method).
2. Phone Calls: Available by appointment with our English-speaking colleague. We recommend starting with written communication, then scheduling a call if needed.
